The staff friendliness.
We found a roach in our room and the bedding left a lost to be desired.I stayed at this Holiday Inn express many years ago and it was excellent. However, it has really declined in overall appearance.

The rooms were clean. Fridge and microwave in room very helpful.No elevator for 2nd floor guests.Convenient location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Most important to me was the pet friendliness. Fridge and microwave in room was a huge plus.

Friendly staff clean rooms.Had some trouble getting a room that the air works.The staff and hotel were excellent, the maintenance on the rooms left something to be desired, excellent value for price.
