Overall condition. Stayed in Dec, more cold air coming in the front door then coming our the heater.
This hotel is in need of repairs especially in the guest rooms. Does not look like it has been updated in years.

It was dirty, run down, smelled. Absolutely gross!

The young lady at the front desk made sure we had the type of room we needed.
Unfortunate that the atrium is not accessible from guests' rooms, as in the past.
