Please note- Balcony renovations are taking place from August 8 2010 until January 31 2011. No services will be affected as a result of this work. Guests may experience light disturbances. Please contact the hotel for all questions. The Hawaiian Inn is located on the Beach south of the Daytona PIER. All Studios and Suites have a balcony with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Property features an indoor heated pool-a large outdoor pool and 9 hole miniature golf. All studios and suites have a TV with HBO- fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator- oven- coffee/tea maker- and microwave- In-room safe Ohana Bistro- Open 7 days a week from 7am to 12pm for Breakfast-If weather do not permitting the Tiki Bar and the Ohana Grill to be open the Bistro will stay open till 6pm. Tiki Bar Ohana Grill- Open 7 days a week weather permitting from 11am to 11pm-Seasonal- Located outside the Tiki Bar open 7 days a week from 11am to 6pm-Seasonal Trailer Parking is available on the hotel parking but only 12 feet and smaller.

It could be a great looking hotel other than the fact they are having major retovations and dust is every where.
Again the major construction, several eleavotors out of service, pool dirty, rooms seemed to be privately owned and all had differant furnatureOver priced and I will not recommend anyone stay there, we seem nicer hotels right around there for half the price(this is off season) No comp in room coffee but had coffee makers and cups. Had to go to front desk to get coffee.

The pool and the tiki bar were amazing!The housekeeping sucked and the room smelled like mildew. There was also construction going on at the hotel that we did not know about before hand.The pool was nice and there was a luau show every night. The arcade games were also nice but the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

On the Beach, Large Pool, Good Pool Bar w/ Food, Nice Rooms.Parking doesn't seem to be patrolled or monitored.This hotel is now a Condo hotel which means that people own these rooms privately and the front desk rents them out or the owners rent them out on their own. They had an a great outside pool and easily accessible to the beach, and they were close to store.They originally want to put you in the smallest room (On line reservations?)But overall for our stay, the stove, fridge, and micro were very nice to have. The staff, front desk, and cleaning were very helpful.
