Location.Poor maintenance.The stool ran all night; there was only one sheet on bed and cleaning crew left supplies in room.

Nice location, good breakfast.Booked non-smoking but received smoking. Room needed touchup - wallpaper peeling, painting, etc.Clean rooms, friendly staff, better than average breakfast.

Staff was very kind.Hotel in bad need of repair.Walls was damaged, doors was not properly hung, keys was difficult to use. Orange juice dispenser was not working.

It was very convenient to shopping places in the area.Was never informed of breakfast hours, and there was no phone book of the area available for my use.This Baymont Inn was average; not much different than others I've stayed at.

I liked leaving!Extremely poor management. Theft of property. Rooms werenot properly taken care of. Poor procedures etc.
This facility needs major changes in management, procedures and attitude. Rooms were not properly cleaned and fixtures were not well maintained.
