Friendly and helpful staff.
Lack of fitness facilities, old information, under construction.Very little counter space in bathroom. Shower not very good. Under construction - hallway damp with air dryer going - fitness equipment very limited. Needed to go outside to get to attached restaurant in cold weather. Parking area was not well plowed.

Staff and restaurant were both helpful and excellent.Because of construction nearby, difficult to find the entrance.Convenient to the highway and to Boston and local hospitals. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was good, but some furnishings need a little updating.

A sales meeting was being held in the same hotel so I did not have to travel extra to get to the meeting.Ceiling in stair lobby leaking, the smell of rodent spray was everywhere.I have stayed in this hotel 2 previous times, the first being the best. I will probably not stay there again.

Located near the family we visited.Lack of breakfast service and higher price than we requested.It was unfortunate that major infrastructure renovation was going on making it difficult to find one's way into and out of the motel. Temporary signs would have made a big difference.

Good location for getting places.Not a 3 star, maybe a 2 or 2.5.This is a quick stop motel. Truck driver place, Not a 3 star hotel for vacation. If you are doing 1 or 2 nights for business its ok, not great but ok. Internet should be free 100% of the building. But because of the location it can be charged.

Clean, convenient location.Expensive parking and business center charge for using internet.It is fine to charge internet using in the room but not for business center.
