N/AN/AThe hotel is clean and fairly new, but we had a few problems. Our toilet leaked, and the entire floor from the tub to the sink was wet the whole time. Also, an inexperienced hotel clerk made a few mistakes upon check in.

Location.The room was miniscule.The hotel was clean, the staff was efficient, the location was convenient for all the events I had to attend. It was also convenient to food and shopping.

Provided shampoo and soap but no body moisturizer.We were in the Boston area to visit family, so we were not planning on spending much time at our hotel. Staff knowledgeable of area and helpful with any problems.Need softer more absorbent towels, no arrangement with restaurant to charge to room.The bed was one of the most comfortable ever, not just for hotels! The linens were soft and cozy, too. When they do their new remodel, I hope they will improve the quality of the towels.

The staff, particularly, the desk clerk was outstanding. The beds were great.The bathroom was very small.The hotel was good once you could find it off the highway. You could see the sign but in the dark it was hard to find the entrance. It was comfortable but the bathroom was quite small and not very comfortable. The staff was helpful.
