I liked the way they handled the rowdy males that were noisy and rude. 
There was no refrigerator in the room. My husband was not thrilled when I told him we were staying at a HIEX. But he was surprised. The room was quite large, nicely furnished. The room was very clean. The restaurant was small. Clean and convenient but, overall small hotel.
