Spa suite was nice.

I like the lake behind the hotel. Customer service was atrocious. The hotel confirmed one rate over the phone and refused to honor it when we actually arrived. We got a different story from each front desk person we talked to, and the manager has not returned three messages left for him. I would not stay at this hotel ...Read More
