Driving Directions: From Denver Intl Airport/DEN - Take Pena Blvd. 9.5 miles to I-70 West. On I-70 go 10.4 miles and exit at No.274 I-25 South. In 1.2 miles exit at No.213 Park Avenue. Park Avenue turns into 22nd St. Follow 22nd St. to Larimer St. Turn right on Larimer St. In 8 blocks turn left on 14th St. In 4 blocks turn left on Curtis St. Hotel is on left hand side.
Great location. Right across from Denver art museum. cool rooms. got hotel for 45$ per night on weekday.

Guest parking charge of $18/day was excessive
