First room was very nice, clean, the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised.
I was put in a smoking room (the nice one) even though I specifically asked for non-smoking twice.

Clean room and friendly staff.
The door to the ice machine would not unlock with our key so we had to go around.

Very convenient to Downtown.
Very close to the Train Depot and Interstate!
The hotel was very convenient to Downtown and was clean. Much cleaner than others I have stayed in downtown. The two downsides were the walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbors talking and it's very close to the Train Depot.

Its location was very convenient and the people were very friendly. Free breakfast.
Stains on comforters, small bathrooms.
Overall, it was about what I expected. I would recommend it to anyone seeking comfort without high standards.
