N/AI have stayed at the place three occasions. Everything is of a high standard, maintained consistently. Staff at every level was upbeat and genuinely hospitable.

I was very pleasedwith the hotel.
I asked the front desk to have the room cleaned when I went out in the morning, when I returned several hours later, it was not cleaned.I thought this was humorous, when I arrived there was a sewing kit on the tray in the bathroom on the first night, the next day it had disappeared, never to be seen again.
I wish the hotel had provided a shower cap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived.I liked everything.Great staff, convenient location to shopping and downtown. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was incredible. I will definitely go back.
