Friendliness of staff. 
Stay away when the soccer tournament kids come to town. While this is a very large hotel in the Denver area, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were large and clean. The room was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. I was not impressed with the service and the extra fees. I stayed in this hotel to attend an event in the DTC area. It's a place to lay your head at night. No free internet in your room. Pay for parking. The idea of paying for a service internet and parking that is free in nearly every hotel in America is rather annoying. This hotel was close to the train so we could ride to the baseball game. Fee for parking. Excellent rooms and service, but had to pay to park. Good location with train within walking distance to take you downtown. Traffic in Denver was terrible.

Friendly, great service, and well maintained. Not organized regarding check-out process and ground exit. This hotel is in a good location, displays great ambiance and provides good service, including a restaurant and small shop to purchase coffee and other foods when in a hurry.
