Convenient location off main expressway, easy checking and checkout. Nice hotel.There is nothing I can say, it was a nice hotel.Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Room service was convenient; food was good and fairly reasonably priced. I would stay here again, definitely.

The choice of pillows to sleep on.Location. Area was a little run down.Clean rooms, great staff, helpful. Shuttle was nice if you flew in but getting around town the shuttle was pretty worthless because they would only go 3 miles from the hotel and everything was 4+ miles away. Swimming pool was warm and clean.We was 2 floors below the top floor were there was loud music until midnight.Nice clean hotel, good swimming pool, Food ok, don't get a room on the higher floors if there is a function on at night.

The location was perfect for the downtown business I had to attend to.Looked a little dated, needs some sprucing up, general maintenance.As mentioned in Q15. There was a large crack in the room window, and although the stay was pleasant in general, I think the hotel could benefit from some updating, because its location is perfect for downtown and Mercy medical campus.
