Price, close to I-80, proximity to restaurants and gas stations. Room overall appearance was neat.
The room had dirty glass near bed and hole in the fitted bed sheet.
Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. More than 1 person should be at service counter, as I had to wait 10-15 minutes because person behind counter was taking a reservation over the phone. After a 10 1/2 hour drive.

This was a great, clean, comfortable, convenient hotel. I have NO complaints.
No complaints!
The hotel was clean, tidy, no smells, had a nice clean bathroom, good carpet. Great breakfast, waffles, cereal, bagels, juices, coffee. There were several restaurants within walking distance and some shopping. Very easy to find off the interstate.
