The staff was wonderful and helpful. They always had a smile.
The mattress was way too firm and I had to sleep on the pull out couch.
The overall hotel and location was wonderful. The only problem I had was with the firmness of the mattress and that was just because of my own back problems. The hotel and staff was wonderful.

The hotel gave us a room discount for screwing up and there is a small park with rides next to hotel.
The room was not ocean view, we booked a balcony king size and got neither.
Reminded me of why I don't stay at Best Western.

The staff was very friendly and helped answer all questions as best they could.
The wicker headboards creaked a little and we were told we had an ocean view but did not.

After I complained, they moved me to a different room.
The next day, when I woke up, I noticed that in the shower wall had mode and on the side of the mattress, it had stains.
