Crystal Village features a large pool located in the middle of the community. Grilling areas are available for our guests throughout the property. All units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath located only a few blocks from the beach. These uniquely designed two-story units all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your own balcony. Everything you need is so close too. The celebrated white sand beaches and crystal waters are just a few blocks down the road where you can enjoy private beach access. Family Rentals Only- No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unless unaccompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction at check-in. Evictions will forfeit all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. Check-in location is the Newman Daily Corporate office at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 10 in Miramar Beach. There is a USD 55.00 plus tax non-refundable damage waiver. Cleaning fees are charged for stays of 3 nights or less and are as follows- 2 bedroom- USD 70.00 plus tax 1 bedroom- USD 55.00 plus tax All fees are payable at time of check-in. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. All reservations require a credit card at check-in. Check-in location is the Newman Daily Corporate office at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 10 in Miramar Beach. Minimum age at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm, please call 1-850-837-1071 to make prior arrangements and obtain the code for the key lockbox. All after hours arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day to complete check-in procedures and pay all applicable fees. This is a 1,200 sq. ft. condo. The master bedroom features a king or queen bed and a private bathroom. Two twin beds or bunks are located in the guest room with a bathroom in the hallway. Add the sleeper sofa and your party of six is all set.
