Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the on-site agent. Non-refundable damage waiver USD 55.00 plus tax. For stays of 3 nights or less, a USD 70.00 plus tax cleaning fee will be added to check-in charges for all 2 bedroom units. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in at 12815 Highway 98 West, Suite 100, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Minimum age at check-in is 25 and is strongly enforced. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and subject to eviction. All reservations require a credit card at check-in. There will be a lock box on the side of the building at the Newman Dailey corporate office. To receive the lock box code, please call 1-800-225-7652. All after hours arrivals must stop by the front desk the following day to complete check-in procedures and pay all applicable fees. 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath: These spacious, bi-level town homes are only 400 yards from the beach. The master bedroom features a king or queen bed and private bath. Two twin beds are located in the guest room that also has a private bath. Add the sleeper sofa and your party of six is all set.
