This hotel is very close (walking distance) to the ocean. The free breakfast is very good.
The room we had was a bit small but as it was only my husband and myself, that didn't pose a problem.

It was within 200 yards of beach. It was right off of Hwy 98 and close proximity to shops/restaurants.
The rooms were not very big. There were no exercise/gym rooms. Nobody spoke good English.
This was pricey motel not hotel. I did like the closeness to the beach and shops on Hwy 98. Hardly any of the staff spoke good English. They were all foreigners with broken English. Not enough parking. Good breakfast.

Micro/ fridge combo. These need to be in all hotels!
Outside access, no elevator, or at least not one in the vicinity of my room.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk manager drew a map to my room, told me where I could park my car. No fitness center was a bummer.
