Location and access to San Destin resort.
Used harsh smelling cleaning fluids - Reeked like a $20.00 motel.
It met the Marriott basics for appearance, decor,and comfort. One pathetic computer workstation in the business center was inadequate.

I enjoyed the hot tub,the staff was very friendly, I enjoyed the tram to the beach.
My first room had an army of ants in the window and the bed. So we had to be moved to another room.
The hotel was nice. I would return at the same price or less but I would not pay more.
