Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features The Village of Baytowne Wharf, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 98-slip marina, casual and fine dining, boutique and designer shopping, and so much more. Guest rooms feature cable TV with DVD players, individual climate control, telephones, voice mail, coffeemakers, toiletries, alarm clocks, wake-up calls, irons, and ironing boards. Each location within the resort has individual amenities. Minimum reservation and check-in age is 25 and they are required to stay the entire stay in the room.

Bayside Inn: was often very uncrowded so no crowds or excessive issues with other guests.WiFi Surcharge of $10/day, excessive resort fees, badly in need of updating.It is an older property and is in desperate need of a makeover. Shuttle service.Old, lack of service.The Picture that we were shown as the hotel turned out to be where you check in, not where we stayed. the Hotel we stayed at was old, in desperate need of updates, and smelled of mold. The restaurant on site had poor service and the food wasn't good.

Close beach location and pool.The room was dated and not as clean. The bed was not comfortable as well.Great location, with pool onsite. The hotel rooms seem dated and the beds no where near as comfortable. The place needs an overhaul, but the location is fabulous.
