Staff was always asking how you were and if you needed anything.
Would have liked to have known they were going through renovations ahead of time.The staff was awesome. The breakfast was okay but wasn't restocked when I arrived with an hour left in the service. Location OK.Dirty, smoky, crowded, car lot unsafe.One of our rooms already had others staying in it. Overbooked. Smoking room made me sick. 40 cars broken into in 2 days, luckily not ours. Disappointed in a Holiday Inn. Usually a safe bet.

Close to everything.The really drunk girls at the restaurant/bar ruining my time there.Good over all. Comfortable and clean. It does need to get wireless internet that was not a good thing. My husband had to plug in and I never was able to get on-line.

Location.Poor parking, valet parking wasunderstaffed, ice machines on several floors did not work.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking situation was terrible. We were holding up traffic waiting for a parking attendant. There was only one valet parking attendant for a very busy hotel.
