The staff was friendly and the hotel is convenient location near freeways.The pool was not clean and the buildings need paint and maintenance.The buildings need to be painted or improved, look old and not well maintained. Pool and grounds in that area was dirty not well cleaned. The individual room I stayed was clean and sufficient and staff was friendly / helpful.

Convenient Location.AC did not work, room was extremely hot, water was too hot also.Overall it was fine, met our expectations, however the AC not working properly ruined the trip. It was way too warm, making almost impossible to get any sleep. The water, even the cold water was unusually warm.
