Waiting to eat at Denny's and small bathroom.

Dirty windows, broken locks, tub drain did not work, floor was filthy.

It was right next to Kings Dominion with an attached Denny's. It was cheap.
I could not get help with my bags even though I was sick and really needed help. There was no elevator.

The location.
Price for the age.
If you are not looking for anything fancy then this is the hotel. The staff & cleanliness were good but you can surely see the age on the hotel.

The staff is so slow checking people in.
I like the location because if is so close to Kings Dominon. I can walk to the amusement park from the hotel. The bathroom is so small. It could use refurbishing. I stay there once a year. I will be back next year.

I was promised a room with connecting door because I was traveling with 5 teens this was not delivered.
