Cheap and close to a nice restaurant.
Facade appears a bit run down.Given the proximity to Dubuque, the amenities nearby, and the quality of the rooms - overall this was a pretty good deal.

everything was neat, clean, that wasn't problemRIGHT NEXT TO HIGHWAY, LOUD AS CAN BEIf you book a room, request it be away from the highway, or not on the upper floors. Hotel is in a lower area but upper floors are on same level as 4 lane local highway and noise is very loud.

Easy to find, decent room - nothing spectacular and nothing bad.N/ABreakfast was decent. The fitted sheet and mattress pad on the bed fit so badly that just rolling over in bed caused them to roll up on us.
