Clean, friendly staff, ok location. Kind of far from downtown activities.Room was not ready check-in time of 3 PM.Overall. It met my expectations for this level of a motel. It was a bit pricey though. Even the second night we chose to stay being so far from Duluth activities.

Clean lobby.Location, cleanliness of room, security lock broken.The room was adequate as far as size. Claimed newly remodeled but it did not look like it. It was very quite.Are room was very small.The hotel was ok. I have stayed there before but this time they put us in the basement and I have never been that small of a room.
