Breakfast, the price, the room.
Not worth the money the room was just ok the breakfast wasn't worth the time
I won't stay in that hotel again.

Clean, friendly staff, ok location. Kind of far from downtown activities.
Room was not ready check-in time of 3 PM.
Overall. It met my expectations for this level of a motel. It was a bit pricey though. Even the second night we chose to stay being so far from Duluth activities.

Location, cleanliness of room, security lock broken.
The room was adequate as far as size. Claimed newly remodeled but it did not look like it. One outside door was broken so the latch was duct taped open 24/7 and anyone could have walked in. Housekeeping did a horrible job of cleaning and even left coffee ...Read More

The breakfast which was included was a bit disappointing.
Very happy with the price and quality of the hotel.

Are room was very small.
The hotel was ok. I have stayed there before but this time they put us in the basement and I have never been that small of a room.
