I would not recommend staying at the Holiday Inn - Duluth location. There were very few restaurants that stayed open on the weekends and the downtown looked depressing. We had to fight to get a non-smoking room and the facility was just okay overall. The ...Read More

The location was great. The price was even better with Priceline.
The bathroom shower, curtain, and tub were dirty.
Good hotel, nice people. Good location in Downtown Duluth. Hotel restaurant was no longer open. Bathroom not very clean.
