Easy access from highway.
No pool!Poor location when vacationing with children. no pool, no parks nearby.

Location washer and dryer for washing uniforms.Staff was not the friendliest.This hotel was great for what I needed it for sleep and shower and wash baseball uniforms, as a non-smoker I didn't care for the fact that the employees could stand outside the main front door and smoke I thought it was tacky.

Price of room.Unfriendly staff.For the price the location was fine for accessibility to downtown Duluth. The room was small but clean. It was quiet. The breakfast was appreciated but limited.
