Overall Rating:
The room was updated and had a beautiful view of Lake Superior.
There are not enough elevators. The hot tub is very chlorinated.I really enjoyed my stay.

Water park for the kids.Very dirty room especially the bathroom.I did not enjoy my stay here and most likely will never go back.

Very pleasant staff.Outside access to waterpark means across a busy road.Hotel and water park were great. Very observant life guards and quick to respond. They offer a shuttle, but we chose to drive every time. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

View from the room was great.Breakfast room was small.All was great with the room, the view of the lake was great. Parking was cramped and just about all parking required a hike to your room. It was kid friendly.It was very dirty.I thought over all the hotel was acceptable, but cleanliness is a must not an option. Also not enough elevators, and my son was stuck in one of the few elevators for 10 minutes.

It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. We didn't use the happy hour drink coins, but it's nice that they have a bar in the hotel.The hotel room had a wet spot on the floor when we got there, and never did dry. It was very annoying to accidentally step in this spot!It's a nice place to bring children, if you like pools and water slides.

Water park was great family fun, lots of memories.Little cheaper would have been perfect then.Nice too see a lot of activities for kids of all ages. Great cont. breakfast, nice to have a bar & grill right by the pool. Great overview of Lake Superior!!!

Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, and beautiful view.Two separate buildings across the street, we had to travel back and forth.Beautiful lake superior views, clean rooms, coming soon a water park. I would definitely want to stay again after my good experience.

Very close to the University where my daughter attends.Night clerk rude. Rug filthy and creased. Did not feel comfortable.Although they were doing construction, there were other things very disturbing. Night clerk very short with customers. The rug was filthy. Location was nice.Room location was terrible, noisy and smelled.This hotel was under construction, our room was next an elevator and across from the ice machine. The room was not worth the price I paid for it. We were very disappointed.
