The Comfort Suites is located on the shores of Lake Superior in the heart of Canal Park. Within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and attractions. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. Comfort Suites Canal Park runs a pre-authorization on all credit cards for first night's room & tax 48 hours prior to arrival to guarantee reservation. Cash and pre-paid debit cards are accepted upon check in with deposit of $150 for incidentals. Bank issued debit/credit cards will be authorized for full amount of stay upon registration unless another form of payment is applied. Pool closed for renovations 10/21/2012 - 10/24/2012.

Offfered a hot & cold breakfast. Had hot coffee, tea available 24 hours.No regular closed in the room. Poor parking due to construction.Conveniently located in Canal Park. Close to lots of resturants. Great view of Lake Superior, Ariel Lift Bridge and Pier.

Location and breakfast.Water dripping on air conditioner outside flashing kept us awake at night.Staff need better vacuum's because we found many pieces of old candy and dirt on the floor in the room. Bathroom sinks need an update as does the carpet on the stairs and lobby.

The bed spread.Nothing.We were very pleased with the room decor and the location, I just wish I had asked for a Lakeview room because the view was not good, but maybe next time.

We loved the location - close to everything.The clerk at desk when we checked in - not friendly.We've stayed at all the hotels on Canal Park and this was our favorite and we will stay there again. Location is perfect. The beautiful decks on the front were so nice.

The price was wonderful for the accommodations. It is a beautiful hotel!Maybe make the computer easier to access, not under lock and key?.We loved it. The view was beautiful and the service was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, printed us several maps! Thank you!

Convenient, cozy, good breakfast buffet.Way too much chlorine in pool, the entire pool area smelled so heavily of chlorine that I could not stay in it or swim at all.Pleasant, friendly, I would stay again. My room did have an odor that smelled slightly of old cigarettes.

Each bed had four pillows - nice feature.One light bulb was burned out.Excellent breakfast.
