Front desk staff friendly, hotel parking ramp is a definate plus! Weight room awesome!Elevators broke down, house cleaning staff not helpful & got stuck in stairwells that were all lockedWe had the inoppurtuned moment of getting stuck in between floor levels b/c their power was going out & the elevators were not working. Very classy, nice room, clean close to downtown.Needed family restaurant or coffee shop.Very nice, clean, classy well done hotel right in downtown. Covered parking was a little bit of a hike but secure.
