The room door did not work properly; the roof leaked in the rain. The afternoon desk clerk was surly and unkempt.

Location, nice check in person.
Poor food, smell in room, old facility, bad beds, outdated carpet. Very disappointed.
Very poor one in Duncan. You had very few to choose from, and the reservation said at least two star not one. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and it was very quiet. We were there for a funeral and we were able to think about the task at hand without being disturbed.
