Suite was very roomy.
Our room was too warm.
The air conditioner did not work properly. Our room was too warm and never cooled down. There was a ceiling fan which suggested they knew the room would not cool down.

I left something in the room, and the staff never got back to me about it after I notified them twice, but it was my fault that I left.
