Hard pillows, loud banging of doors, I asked front desk if there was a place to take trash from the room (which they did not clean in between our two day stay) and the clerk told me to take it out back myself.

Great service. Lady at the front desk I talked to the day before my stay let me check in differently. And someone else picks up my keys, as I was in a wedding and did not have time during the day of my stay to check in properly!! Much easier, less stress ...Read More
