Very good location.
Room wasn't very clean (cobwebs, mystery stains on blanket and carpet), no clock, no bathtub and few facilities.This is a good hotel if you're traveling alone on a budget. It was in a great location for our purpose. Also near fast food restaurants and a grocery store.Room could us a little minor maintenance.This hotel was in a great location for visiting our relatives. The sheets and room were clean and it had a strong shower with lots of hot water. The staff treated us well and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Safety/easy access off main road/supermarket was next door.Very dirty and smelled awful.I had to go next door to the Hannaford to buy Lysol and scented candles to be able to stay in the room. Easy to find, right close to the interstate.Noise from other rooms (i.e. TV & flush).Location was great and rooms were clean.

Overall Rating:
Close to the college.A/C didn't work well in 90 degree heat. Banging pipes threw the night.The AC didn't work well in 90 degree heat and the bathroom is very out dated with banging pipes all night.

Free wireless Internet.Everything else, very hard bed, thin pillows, smelled of electrical fire.Please stay away from this hotel. Staff was friendly enough at check in, but everything went downhill after that.

It was in a convenient location.It is really a motel, not a hotel.The room was clean and adequate for our purposes which were one overnight stay.

Price.Hotel staff very unfriendly towards families, especially children.This hotel is fine for a short economical stay. Hotel staff is not hospitable to groups, namely children.

Appliances were very helpful, bedding was comfortable and clean, shower pressure was great.Towels were too small and nonabsorbent and not enough of them.Pleasant, clean and good value for the price.
