The front desk lady.
There was no pool and it said there was.Great for the price you pay, but nothing to go with it. No coffee, no room service, no cleaning lady, no fresh towels.

The bed was very comfortable, also nice TV.Sink leaked to floor, coffee maker in room but no coffee provided.As far as a place to sleep it was fine. Room appeared to be clean. A good place to stay if you are visiting MSU, restaurants and campus close by.

Much cheaper than other hotels in town.Needs to be cleaned really well.The place definitely needs some spring cleaning, but other than that my stay was good. Check in was fast, location is perfect for visiting MSU, and it is really close to a lot of good shopping.

Nothing.Dirty, smelled stale, uncomfortable.I would never stay at the super 8 again. Our rooms were dark, smelled stale and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned and/or used in a long time. It needs updating and cleaning before anyone else should have to stay there!

Convenient, affordable, safe, perfectly adequate.Lighting in the rooms (especially over the vanity/sink area) was very dim. Energy saving bulbs were inadequate. Also not especially sound proof.Would recommend to people traveling on a budget or a short trip and who do not plan on spending time in the room. It is a simple motel with adequate rooms and parking. No real amenities. But clean and very convenient to MSU.

Friendly staff provided assistance and quickly rectified problems.Older hotel that needed updates to create a cleaner environment.The hotel was an economy hotel that provided a safe, sound place to sleep. The room was not spectacular, but was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean, however needed updating to provide a better appearance of cleanliness.

Clean room, free breaks fast for such a cheap price. Friendly staff.Can�t find anything negative to say.Nice place to stay. They made me feel special, rooms were really clean. Good value for money.
