Location.Old hotel, horrible restaurant.This is an old hotel with metal doors to the rooms. The rooms are very average old style TVs. Staff friendly.Detest mint scented soap/shampoo.Ok room-horrible mint scented soap and shampoo-hotel had no alternated to provide-not acceptable.

Good location, wasn't great but wasn't bad.Rooms were kind of oldies.Did the job. Wasnt great but was alright. Nice pool but full of kids and so was hot tub. I liked the bar.

Parking for the week while we flew to Florida.Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere.I would say that it was convenient for the trip we did but I would not want to return to that hotel.

Only good thing was its location.Not 3 star and front desk even said so and coffee maker in room riddled with mould and broken could not use!Frankly speaking I am very disappointed. This hotel is not a 3 star.

Location.Outside entrance, no microwave, no refrigerator, no hairdryer, etc.This hotel is old. It's really bad in the back section which is the old original "motel" with outside entrances. Holiday Inn Expresses are better than this run down hotel.

Location, quietness.Actual quality versus star rating.Whatever the star rating, the holiday inn should be definitely at a lower rating than the doubletree or the renaissance.
