Overall, the hotel is comfortable, and not just for the Starwood Preferred Guest rooms.
They don't register your car for parking in a timely manner, which results in unwanted parking tickets from the authority.
Never had a problem with any stay at this hotel until the last trip. A 75 dollar parking ticket slapped on the windshield not 30 minutes after paying for parking at the front desk. Staff still took care of the problem well, taking it into account personal...Read More

Overall Rating:  
The Westin has been one of the nicer hotels in Edmonton for many years, it has a stable reputation.
The cost of parking should be included in hotel stays downtown, to compete with the rural ones.
It was an overall pleasant experience.
