I liked that are first room it had a leak and they switched us with another room immediately.There coffee pot was broken.I would like for this place to have softer beds and decent pillows I always take my own.

The decor of the Sleepy Bear Suite was fun! Check-in clerk was very friendly and quick.Housekeeping disregarded "Do Not Disturb" sign twice. The second time they unplugged the fridge and ruined my child's milk.Overall the service was good. They were quick to resolve any problems we had with the hotel. The pool and spa could have been cleaner.
