Convenient courtesy van - that was a huge plus!
N/AThey failed to call me with my requested wake up call which caused me to miss my 6:50 a.m. flight and had to wait all day at the airport on New Year's Day and buy two new tickets to finally get home late that night.

Beautiful hotel.Rooms desperately need to be upgraded.The hotel is beautiful. Loved the Tiffany dome. The rooms were clean but really do need to be upgraded. We ate at the Mexican restaurant, in the hotel. The food was good but was only luke warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bar area was nice and as described.Very dirty! Bathroom, carpets, and linens were disgusting!This hotel is conveniently located off the 10 freeway. The hotel carpets, bathrooms, and linens were gross.
