Bad front desk experience.
The hotel was never near capacity! I had to buy my own air freshener at Walmart the room was so bad.

Great bed, liked breakfast area.
Road noise in evening when I open window for fresh air.
Remodeling complete so everything is new looking and clean. Char-house steaks not to be missed.

Pool was somewhat cold and the water was a bit murky.

Breakfast buffet was very good.
Hot tub was under repair.
Clean comfortable room. Hall way smelled of smoke. To our disappointment, hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet was decent.

We always love Country Inn & Suites hot breakfasts and friendly staff!
The pool area had two pools but the smaller one was completely drained and there was a very loud group in there.

One evening at 2 in the morning a group of drunken wedding goers decided to run up and down the hall screaming and shouting. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away.

The breakfast area was large; coffee was available 24/7. Sitting on front porch area was pleasant.
Pool was cold, both water and layout. No refrigerator in room.
Location is excellent for freeway access and many shopping mall areas. Staff was pleasant. The pool area is only adequate and the room is standard. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.
