Hot tub was great. Rooms were very nice with fridge & microwave ;-). There was not much sound proof from room to outside. This hotel had very nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast area was great and offered a wide variety. The beer tour at old Chicago pizza also offered a relaxing evening after a day of training. Staff was very curious as well.

Very clean and quiet. No free breakfast even though breakfast was served. There is nothing "wrong" with the hotel or its staff, just not the hotel for me. In the past you've placed me at the Best Western or the Marriott Courtyard.

Friendly staff, clean facility. When I called the night before, I was told breakfast was "complimentary," but later found out it wasn't. Overall this met my expectations of a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Felt mislead about the "complimentary" breakfast.

I liked the free breakfast, heated pool, whirlpool and exercise room. The hallways, exercise room and elevator smelled like burned rubber. I was told that I could not get the free breakfast. N/A
