Shuttle was nice. Decent location. Pretty good breakfast.Good for one night stay but not much else.The hotel was nice because it was not right next to O'Hare and wasn't in a bad neighborhood. Breakfast was decent and the shuttle was really nice. Recommended for a short stay.

Staff desk personnel and shuttle service very helpful. Bonita was great along with the drivers.NA.Nicely located and I loved the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nothing.Room reeked of smoke. Reserved non smoking.Hotel is not clean in general. Staff not friendly or helpful. Room in disrepair. I reserved a non smoking room and my room reeked of smoke.

The continental breakfast was above and beyond our expectations.Can't think of anything.The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nicer than I'd expected. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had such a wonderful variety of foods.I have no bad comments.The hotel was easy to find, convenient and clean. The people were very pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Wish I had stayed longer. Will be back soon.None.It will be hard to find a place for the price, location, friendly staff and service such as pick-up and drop off to the airport and excellent breakfast.

The buffet breakfast included in the price was very good.They billed me for my stay even though it had been paid for in advance.The hotel is small, but clean and well lit and just 15 minutes from O'Hare. The main desk staff was extremely friendly and helpfulcongested area, no indoor poolHave stayed in nicer hotels in the area for less, but this one came up this time and I wouldn't hesitate to return to La Quinta again. I finally found out why it was called La Quinta.
