Overall Rating:
I wanted an inexpensive hotel relatively close to South bend and it met my needs.
Alittle inconvience getting in and out, due to the location behind another hotel.
It was fine for what I wanted.

N/AOld buildings. Staff was foreign, did not speak clear English.The buildings are very old but the room was clean enough. Good supply of hot water was available, the heat in the room and tv worked just fine.

Nothing.It was the worst hotel I have ever seen.The hotel was a mess, there was dust and dirt on the floor, and used Q-tips on a shelf. There was some stuff on the floor and the bathroom sink. There was food on the floor. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Close proximity to place we were visiting.Needs renovation, cleaning up, doesn't deserve any star rating.Good location, but needs to have major renovations done. Convenient location.Outdated room, not very clean.This is an adequate hotel for the price. It is conveniently located near the interstate and numerous restaurants. However, the rooms are very outdated and not as clean as they should be.
