Cheap and easy to get to.Surrounding land area was not clean enough, and the rooms very dark and gloomy.Nice and cheap. Great for being right off I95. Easy access to town and shopping.

The rooms were clean and the deluxe breakfast was good.There were three men on the 1st floor hanging out in front of their room with the door open and trying to flirt with the women, felt uncomfortable.It is clean for the most part. Had to change room due to the rug being dirty. My feet were dirty after walking barefoot. Overall okay and the deluxe breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating.

The location to nearby cities.Ran out of food at the breakfast fairly early in the morning on multiple mornings.The staff was very helpful. The location was great for what we were looking for (St Augustine, Palm Coast, Daytona area) as it was close to the interstate. The room was comfortable as well.

The clerks were very helpful in directions.Ask for a wakeup call and did not get one.If you want a fine friendly and clean place to stay at this would be the place I would use again and again.
