Our Hotel is in a Beautiful mountain setting close to Olmstead Place State Park, Yakima River Canyon scenic byway and Ginkgo Petrified Forest State Park. Guest have a choice of restaurants, cocktail lounges and gift shops within walking distance. They allowed dogs - I was traveling with dogs.It is not well marked from the street - you have to drive through parking lots to get to it.I was stuck on the east side of the passes (all closed due to avalanches) - motels could have charged an arm and a leg - but I got a fair price for a good room.
