I had a very late arrival time. The man at front desk was exceptional about making sure that I would have no problems late at night.
The location from the complicated bay area freeways was a little hard to navigate
The room and grounds were great. The assured parking was great. The were great about a late check out.

Centrally located with shops and restaurants within walking distance and close to freeways.
No lotion was provided in the rooms, and strong chlorine smell in the lobby.
It was a nice stay at the Courtyard. Staff was helpful and courteous and helpful. We asked for bay view room and was granted with no problem even with the low price we paid.

They put us in the wrong room at check in. One hour to get transferred to correct room -made us 1/2 hour late for concert. We did not smoke in the room. This charge froze my vacation credit card, for two days and effectively ended our trip one day short. ...Read More
