Hotel staff was friendly and informative.
We love a good hot tub soak at hotels and this one was a huge disappointment! Old and smelly! Old small towels too!
Overall, this was a very nice hotel but the hot tub really needs to be redone. It truly smelled and the towels weren't luxiourious 4-star towels, more like my old rags in the cupboard!

Free snacks located throughout the hotel.
Problems with heating.
By all appearances, this hotel is a comfortable 4-star hotel. However, we had problems with our heating system that left our room feeling like a sauna at 2am. The hotel staff was gracious enough, however, to invite us back for a free stay.
