Location.No hot water and they did not care.I was terribly displeased when I told the clerk that I had no hot water and she told me to wiggle the faucet differently and that people complained all the time.

Did not like this hotel at all!The rudeness of the owner.We stayed one night at this hotel and asked if we could have an extended check out and was told we could then when the owner found out he came down and screamed and yelled and cursed at us. It was close to where we wanted to go. It was clean and offered ironing board and iron.The upstairs rooms were quite a walk, no elevators, my husband has a bad heart and it was difficult for him/N/A
