Clean & Convenient. We do not have young children, but this place is very child friendly.Nothing. I thought it met or exceeded our expectations.While it is not downtown, this hotel is centrally located to many attractions in the Erie area. It is clean and well-maintained. Friendly kind courteous staff eager to please. The room was good bed comfy.Whirl pool tub needed repair and the workout room 4 machines didn't work but treadmill did.This hotel had a great continental breakfast. Waffles French toast apples oranges bananas cereal yogurt. They offer a shuttle service to the restaurants owned by them and to Splash Lagoon. Rooms were clean and the bed comfy. Would like to have the ability to match rates example pay $49.00 rate similar to Microtel.The bathroom could be cleaner.I would stay here again. The hotel staff was friendly. The location was perfect.

The pool area was nice and well kept. The breakfast was better than we expected. The location was perfect for what we wanted.The outside doors were a little noisy.The location of the hotel was perfect for what we wanted; across from splash lagoon. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of breakfast offered. The indoor spa area was nice. We would stay here again.

Location, staff, and quality were all good.Getting old.I would stay here again. The hotel is getting a little old and tired but overall was a good value and location for the money.
